Driest pizza I ever had. Could barely see any sauce. Skimped on toppings. Called the center and complained. They comped but store manager said there was no record of it. Had to give him name of the person who comped us. Never going back. Counter staff not friendly either.

I ordered a pizza and cheesy bread last weekend for carry out. I had my friend pick it up on their way over. ( DISCLAIMER: The beginning of the issue I will admit Is not completely the restaurants fault. My friend should have checked before leaving). When my friend arrived to my house with the pizza and cheese sticks, I saw that we had not received cheese sticks but bread sticks. I immediately called the restaurant to let them know they had given me the wrong type of bread. Instead of telling I could go back and exchange it, the rude girl that answered told me her manager had said he is the one that made the cheese bread and was positive it was correct so there was nothing they could do for me. I argued with the girl a bit but not once did I yell at her or insult her but when I asked for her name so I could know who is telling me they can’t help me, she hung up on me! I called back even more upset and supposedly the manager answered and he also did not want to give me the girls name however, he gave me his as Dillion. He did try to correct the situation however the replacement I received was poorly made and not only that but I didn’t even want it anymore for fear they would have messed with my food after complaining. I called corporate who was supposed to get back to me this week but I have yet to hear back from them. I preferred Pizza Hut over all the other pizza places even doing carry out since they didn’t deliver for a while but since this particular location is the closest to me, I will have to change chains because I will not go back to that place. Specially not with that girl that has no phone or customer service skills being in the front lines. I saw some other people review bad experiences with a girl as well. Perhaps it’s the same one and they should look into it before they keep losing customers for someone that isn’t worth it. These are the breadsticks they argued were cheesy breads.

Ordered delivery on Sunday for a pep pizza, wings, and breadsticks. Not sure if the food went bad or if someone didn't wash their hands, but my roommate and I got BAD food poisoning. It's now Tuesday and we're barely able to eat solid foods. I'd recommend going to another Pizza Hut with more stars 🤢

I ordered delivery at 6:30 today and I called when the tracker said the delivery driver was on its way and it shouldshow up at 7:05. I patiently waited and called the store at 7:15. The guy that answers the phone says give the driver another 15min so I say ok thank you. 7:45 rolls around and I call back and know one is answering the phone by 8:15 I go to the store because they haven't called me and will not answer the phone so I get there at about 8:30, it took awhile before someone came to the counter and when I motioned for the guy he hesitated to come to the front so anywhoo he looks my order up and say that they brought my pizza order back so he goes to get the manager so when I speak with her and tell her about the issue at hand she takes a look and say we'll it says here that they delivered it lol omg I told her what the employee had told me and she just kept repeating that it says it was delivered no apology or discount or anything so I look over and all of the phones are off the hook and now I'm getting more concerned bc this is pizza hut right... I start to take pics and she asks me do I want my refund. Absofuccnlutey! This is not sitting well with me at all. I will be calling making a complaint against 4822 and Perla which is the manager that I spoke with. Just Ridiculous!
