This was the worst experience I’ve ever had . I have nail polish all over my nails , they are so chunky it looks like press ons from dollar tree . Had an appointment at 430 w my friend got there at 436, didn’t get sat in a chair until 455 , then they didn’t even get started on my nails until 515 they kept leaving both me and my friend for other costumers that came in , multiple times . Do not recommend!!! I’ll put a picture of my inspiration and what I got . She cut my nail too short so I decided to do smaller almond shape then I didn’t even wanna spend that much time there so I told her just basic white and one nail glitter red . Then she left for another costumer so I told her I needed to hurry and just do white . Also paid $50 for these !

SLOPPY, UNHYGENIC, RUDE, HARD-SELL I called to see if they could fit me in for a Full Set and a pedicure. They said yes. She started with my nails. I told her I wanted regular polish in a denim blue. She had me look for it but when I couldn't find any, she told me I would need to get gel polish to get the color I wanted. I then found a bottle of regular polish in a close enough shade but she insisted that polish was too old, "no good". So I went with the gel polish. While my nails were being done, a family came into the salon - none had masks on. They came in and sat in the chairs in the waiting area - no chairs had been removed for social distancing. The staff told them to just wait there until they had a spot. My manicurist finished my nails - I understand salons don't go quite to the cuticle for the sake of a clean line but my acrylic nails are literally 2 mm from my cuticles and the polish is at least another millimeter - it looks like I need a fill! And there was acrylic under my nails and all over my fingers Then the woman doing my nails told me it was 1:30 and she had and appointment for 1:30 so I couldn't get my pedicure that day! "So sorry - come back another time" And to top it off, they had someone sitting at the station I had just gotten up from within 1 minute - THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NO CLEANING BETWEEN CLIENTS! This was the second day of Phase 2.
