This is a sweet small community park with a focus on the arts and history. I've seen outdoor concerts, weddings and parties at the gazebo. There is fun play equipment for the kids and in the center of the park is a historical log cabin that they have just installed a ramp up to the porch. The larger building has housed the library, Suzuki music programs, an art gallery, and art classes. The walking paths were cleared off nicely after the last large snow storm.

Nice little park. Historic building on site. Gazebo in the center of the park with nearby playgrounds. Lots of grass area for walking.

I enjoy spending time in this lovely park. I take my dogs to Ruff and Fluff to get groomed so have time to kill while in Ottawa. Spring is the time I like to come to the park. A quite, safe place to read or people watch.
