The food was excellent 👌 Definitely recommend trying the (Honey Barbecue) Chicken Basket meal! It was just a little slow on the service part. Messed up a few things on our order, and many others. 🙁 Which I understood the struggle since there was a mad rush after the power outage, and traffic was flooding inside/outside! We'll definitely go again, just not on busy days/nights

I was standing inside the lobby waiting to be helped while one guy stood at the counter talking to the cook and one was busy working on an online order. No one looked at me or acknowledged me the whole time i was there. I worked at DQ for about 3 years so I understand how busy and stressful it can be. But to wait 10 minutes without any acknowledgment is unprofessional and unorganized. I will continue coming because I love DQ, but it’s frustrating as a customer and as someone who used to work there to know the employees aren’t being taught good customer service skills.

This is the fastest drive thru that I have been in for a DQ. Even when there is a line I know it won't take too long. Friendly workers and a delicious Moo Latte. My only complaint is my chili dog was pretty bad. The dog was hard (been sitting in water too long) and chili was in the crock pot too long without being stirred. The dog was worse than chili so I ate a chili dog......minus the dog. 😒

It's hard to beat Dairy Queen for their soft serve ice cream and their cakes. Compared to other places the prices are reasonable. This DQ was clean and the service was very good.
