Ordered half a cow from a farmer and brought it home only to realize that many of the steakes are freezer burnt. Packaging was not sealed correctly. This is a huge waste of money.

Yes, after hours number too
Prices are very comparable to others around the area. They are very personable. They even recognized me 2 weeks later in public away from their business. They called me by name. They gave me what i asked for and told me what most people ask for on their butchering. They also explained the cuts of meats to me.
Bauman's would have to answer, to be most accurate, obviously, but the last I knew, they were booked up through, almost the end of January, 2022, and that was back in February of this year... So, at that time, there was more than an 11 month wait... I don't know if they have a waiting list, but a buddy of mine got called when they had a cancelation, and offered the spot to him, in March. He just got the meat just a couple of weeks ago.
Not at this facility but an extension of it. Anco Poultry in Garnett, I just had 50 birds done there and they did great.
