Let me start by saying that I love my nespresso, and I used to frequent the store in its old location. Their new location is a catestrophe. They got rid of the efficient que and counter that they had and now have these free standing islands where you make your purchase. There is really nowhere for more than one, maybe two people to wait. I routinely see lines out the door and personally I have forgone shopping here when I do see the line out the door. They added a little nespresso coffee bar, but I have never seen it open, so now that Sur La Table is gone there is nowhere for prospective customers to try nespresso out. The ONE smart thing they did was add a bin outside the store to return your capsules for recycling, but it was full before the store opened and overflowing by lunchtime. This brings me to my next point. I don't know what happened to the friendly people who used to work there, but when I went in the store it seemed like having to deal with customers was a real inconvenience. The person made me wait for a few minutes while they clacked away on their computer and when they did acknowledge me simply wanted my order and me gone. They were out of a surprising number of coffees, including a few I was planning on purchasing. The employee did not engage me and talk about their coffees just stared blankly at me while I pondered what was left of their inventory. All together this just leaves me with the impression that Nespresso does not really want to have a store here. Neither the store nor the employees create a welcoming, inviting atmosphere. They have a fraction of the online inventory, and they can't even be bothered to empty their pod recycling bin.

I think this store is closed. I was in Walnut Creek plaza this memorial weekend and it was completely gone. I loved the location and thought to go in to buy a new machine but it was gone. Don’t know why it says its open unless they only moved store front.

Nespresso reopened across from the Apple store. There was a long life to get him but once you got in the customer service was amazing. The coffee bar is not open yet

Recently stopped by Nespresso Walnut Creek on a busy Saturday afternoon. There was a small line but it moved fairly quickly. As usual the store was immaculate and very well organized with the most impressive display of coffee units neatly organized on the wall. Although, I have been in this store several times, this experience was different. My salesperson name was Hannah and she was a doll. Excellent customer service, great recommendations of coffees, as well as a great personality! She even made us a sample of the “coffee of the day” and it was amazing! We will definitely be back and I hope Hannah will be there to help us again.

Go to the store. They are very helpful and will listen to what you like and don’t like in a coffee. There is also free sampling so you can try out it there before buying.
No. This location does sampling. However you need to take your Nespresso sample (paper cup) outside to drink it. Mandatory indoor mask 😷 wearing only Can purchase coffee sleeves, etc.
I don't see a cherry flavor coffee. Do you mean the red capsules?
