Prices are very comparable to others around the area. They are very personable. They even recognized me 2 weeks later in public away from their business. They called me by name. They gave me what i asked for and told me what most people ask for on their butchering. They also explained the cuts of meats to me.
There is a kill fee that is $50 or $75 for beef. Then, it goes on the hanging weight. I found their prices to be comparable to others. They are friendly and accommodating. They saved the hide for me so I could tan it.
Can I buy some beef there? Originally from Green Bay WI, love dairy and cattle farms. Looking for good meat. Thank you Ottawa
