The customer service is lacking. The young people working there definitely needs some training. There is no preset measurements for the food. The last few times I went the server was so stingy with the ingredients. On the last visit The filling in my tacos were so skimpy that I didn’t buy them. Then I’ve seen customers ahead of me get a very large heaping, an excessive amount of ingredients on whatever they ordered. I guess it depends on how you look, gender, etc. Who knows? Wont be returning.

Food is good when you get it... 2 weeks In a row I ordered pickup with the app and something was missing. The worst part is they hand you the order... 1st time I called in and I talked with a manager and she re-made me the food that was missing and I came and picked it up. 2nd time was embarrassing.... I called in and they said yeah it looks like there's another bag here... Came back to pick up the order and they handed me my cold food. Left feedback for Chipotle 2 weeks ago asking for someone to reach back out with no response.

This place is AWFUL! I got a burrito from here and the steak was so rare the cow is STILL MOOOING! The customer service sucks as well. The MOD was very rude as well. I prefer Qdoba. Better tasting and quality food. Their customer service is superb.

I waited for a fresh batch of brisket knowing how dry the brisket was on a previous order I made. The fresh batch are still extremely dry. Actually not even sure if they gave me a fresh batch. It’s basically small chunk of over cooked meat.
