Veggies are rarely ever cooked and available for veggie burritos. At times they’re not even stocked with them. Other times I have to wait like 10 minutes for them to be cooked. Staff is disorganized and things are sloppy. Usually love chipotle, such a shame that this one is so close and it’s such a CONSISTENTLY BAD experience. The only thing that is consistent is that I can be sure it will be a poor to mediocre experience at best. I actually pay $5 more per meal to go to the Salsaritas at Blakeney because they’re always on point. So sad

Employees are kind of rude (not all just the ones I’ve encountered, some are nice). The quality is up to par and I really enjoy their food. Never had an issue with it being wrong.

This is a Chipotle and so it's generally good food, however, this particular one is pretty terrible recently. They don't keep the prep area clean, it's gross looking with sour cream, cheese, and guac smeared down it, meaning it will be smeared over the outside of your order. They are frequently out of at least something on the counter, veg, rice, guac. They aren't happy when you then ask for it and make them walk to the (also filthy) online order bit to get it. And as for online orders, forget it. They NEVER get them right. Stuff missing and extra stuff. Like tomatoes in your sour cream etc. Yesterday my wife was missing the meat on her salad bowl. So it was just lettuce and onions. This place used to be a good place but recently it's gone really downhill. Hoping the management read this and fix it.

Food was good but this place is inconsistent. The cashier was super friendly but the crew member who made my meal was really messy. I asked for a side of guac and he had more guac on the outside of the cup then inside and continued to put in the bag with out cleaning it.
