Yesterday morning I was in town for a work related training,I stopped in this location for a frozen coffee and a coffee roll. I almost waited 10 minutes and they brought me my frozen coffee her fingers went in my drink and I asked for another one and the lady was nice and made me a fresh one. But by the time I received it my appetite was ruined. It is a no for me.

This is by far the worse dunkin I've ever gone to today June 13, 2022 I got a large ice coffee that should of been 4 butter pecan and decaf with 3 creams this the first time I've had a problem at the drive thru. And a donut that was rock hard, the service is terrible, where are the uniforms that other dunkins wear is the real question..

On Saturday with absolutely no traffic, staff was still not able to give me an edible sandwich. My cheese was hard and not melted clearly, as well as my bread being as hard as a rock.

Good service, friendly staff that usually remembers me. Sometimes they mess up the otgo orders (mostly when there are trainees) but are usually professional & responsive and quickly fix their mistakes. The store is clean and conveniently located. *5/5/2018 Crossposted to Yelp* Perfect location. Friendly staff & Management who recognize and value not only their regular  customers but also new ones. Also a great place to pick up a game of chess, or pick the brain of local Veterans.
