Very convenient but not enough staff to deal with the non stop customers throughout the day. It makes no sense

Very satisfied with my visit. The employee was quick to take and serve me my order which included both an ice coffee and food that were both custom to my liking and he made both successfully without any mistakes nor took any extra time either. So 5 stars definitely for this location.

Can be slow sometimes but hey Yale New Haven hospital staff need their coffee. Once you order things go quickly so order ahead if you can on the app.

The management at a lot of DDs in this area, especially the one by Carmax in East Haven are awful. They hire management that doesn't manage.
Yes there are a lot of homeless people around here but when ur sleeping and smelling up the place and taking up a chair that can be money that's a problem and they just came up to me and my buddy and said we have 10 minutes but not a word to the people sleeping that's messed up
