The location was surprisingly quiet, and the young lady at the desk was very friendly. The hotel itself is very clean, the room was spacious and also super clean. The bed was unbelievably comfortable so that was definitely a plus! Would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel!!

Convenient location. Was greeted by such a friendly receptionist at the front desk! Booking process and check in was simple and fast. The room was clean, just a tad hot and humid when I arrived. Took some time to cool down. There is no included parking. You have to pay to park in parking garage across street. Garage is connected to hotel and was easy access once parked. I was not aware of this when I booked. Overall great experience and would stay here again!

Just a very nice clean place with spacious rooms. Gym treadmills are not set up safely but otherwise nice small workout room. Treadmills should be turned around facing walls not where the backs are against walls incase you trip. Otherwise easy 5 stars.

78 DEGREE ROOMS I am not sure why all of the reviews within the past 2 weeks are more than 1 star. The hotel is very nice (lobby, elevators, hallways). However, once we checked in we were not warned about all of the room conditions. It was not until after driving 3 hours, checking in, and opening our room door that we noticed the room temperature was 78 degrees. We turned the thermostat down to 67, left and came back 30 minutes later to the room still at 78. Called the front desk and they said they had no other rooms to move us to. They also said all fans had been given out to other rooms. 3am we called the desk again and they moved us to a room that a guest had cancelled their reservation. 3am we moved all of our belongings to a new room. The new room was 74 degrees, but eventually went back up to 78. We had our dog with us and had to keep filling buckets of ice for him to keep cool as well as put damp towels on the ground for him to lay on. The hotel made no attempt to warn us prior to our arrival. The hotel made no attempt to go out and buy more fans. I have never had such an uncomfortable stay in a hotel.
