The receptionists are uncommonly rude. The rooms are dusty and moldy feeling, being only comfortable if the air conditioner is blasting. However when the air conditioner is blasting it is noisy and becomes so cold that I woke up with a sore throat every morning. To top it all off, the housekeepers literally break into the rooms in the middle of the morning even when the sleep signs are on the door. The neighborhood is dangerous by night, and the only good thing is that there is a Walmart, a Dunkin', a McDonald's and a Popeye's at walking distance.

We asked for the non-smoking room, and it smelled like weed. The hotel felt like a college dorm and was noisy at all hours of the night. They put us in a room that clearly had damage from someone ramming a car into the window. The ceiling had stains and the bedding seemed to have something sandy. Also, the cleaning staff walked into the room right after we checked in. Why would they if it was just cleaned for check in? The only thing going for it is that it's the most affordable thing near New Haven, but you get what you pay for.

Worst hotel I've stayed at in a while. The room was subpar to put it best. The service was rude. No breakfast. And the young man that was working there told me that I could park my semi out back in which I did. There was absolutely no room to get my semi out in the morning however being as though I have driven for 20 plus years I was able to get it out thankfully because one person came out and moved their car. Thank you to the one person whoever you might have been because you were the only good part about staying at this hotel.

Positive: The location is good. Its was a less than $20 uber ride from my business which is good Negative: The room I was given. (Room 230 was the dirties hotel room I have ever had to sleep. The lady at the reception was full of Rage and anger. Upon stepping into the lobby she was showing recentment. She said because I booked online rather than at the lobby.
