Forgot to add, no hot water, the wallpaper in the bathroom is Peeling and yellow, the tv didn’t work and was only in Spanish- the volume down button changed channels .. the beds were so high off the ground and just ROCK solid uncomfortable that literally nobody slept . Not to mention getting a call at 12 am because apparently us walking around warranted a noise complaint from downstairs. Save your money.

What a great surprise this place is! After spending on average $250 -$300 per night this was a bargain at $116 inc taxes. Location near the highway is convenient and only 20 minutes to Mystic. The room is big, comfy bed, good string shower and separate fridge/microwave room. Everywhere clean and smelled fresh. Friendly checkin and great coffee and bagels from reception. At time of posting it shows only 3.9 stars, but that’s too low for what you get at half the price of everywhere else. To the owners - thank you for providing such a great place to stay!

My first impression was that the room was surprisingly clean, honestly I wasn't expecting it for the price. Everything smelled clean too. I watched a lot of Hotel Impossible in the past, I kind of learned what to check in a cheaper room, and this room passed all the tests (I haven't checked the top of a picture frame or under the toilet rim though). The mattress was completely white without any stain, no bedbugs, clean sheets. It was comfortable too, not too soft (I have a backache due to a herniated disc, and I slept like a log). The bathroom was clean too. I would stay here again.

We stayed as a last minute reservation and there was virtually nowhere else in a price range we were willing to pay. I was pleasantly surprised. The rom was clean. Beds were comfortable. There is no elevator and we were on the second floor. The area was well lit and felt safe.
