I wish I could give this zero stars. This is the filthiest place I’ve ever been. From the lobby to the elevator, stairwell, corridors, and our room all smelled like pot. The mattresses were stained and filthy. There was dirt all over the floors. The bucket of “clean and sanitized dishes” they gave us was crawling with live bugs. The walls and every surface in the room was absolutely caked in filth. There was mold inside the refrigerator and freezer doors. I cannot believe this hotel is even operating. It should be condemned as a health hazard! There were super sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot as well.

Our “guaranteed” room was not available when we went to check in, leaving my spouse and me stranded at midnight. We even called earlier in the day to give them a heads up that we’d be in late and they said it wouldn’t be a problem. Don’t book here unless you have a really comfortable car.

The staff at this hotel are very polite. However, it seems as though this location is understaffed and customers definitely notice. You always have to wait at the front desk for 5-10 minutes to be helped by the only one poor lady that seems to work here. On top of that I never once even saw housekeeping. The building itself is very old and dirty. The entire floor that we stayed on (floor three) stunk of some strange odor. A few relatives of mine also stayed in a room on the other side of floor three and their rooms smelled so atrocious that they ended up sleeping at a different place. The rooms are also in general very dirty with inches of caked on dust and grime. I feel bad for giving such a harsh review but I would've wanted to know this before I stayed several nights here. Also if you are traveling from far away please know that they only hold your reservation until 6pm. I did not know this until the day of my reservation.

I love the night staff here. Charles is always happy and excited helping guests..a great employee that is always thinks about the guests first... I drove 20 hours and was late to check in, he quickly helped me find a room and shared some breakfast items after I mentioned how hungry I was and missed breakfast...He didn't have to but that made all the difference to get the rest I needed. Happy to come back.
