Wonderful place to stay right on the water. The views right from your room are beautiful! The owner was very nice and thankful the had a room available last minute for us while we decided to just wing it and head that way. If we could have we would have stayed longer and definitely plan to go back on a planned trip. The rooms are clean and cozy, they have a beach and tables fishing access boat rentals it's perfect! Thank you!

Its a nice motel to stay in Tupper Lake. The young owner is very nice and accommodating. The rooms are out dated yet it is clean, nice and tidy. The bed is comfortable too. Very pleasant view from your windows. They also have swing, tables and chairs for you to hang out in the lake which is the back of your room. A few days we stayed there and we are happy for the peaceful time and nice view. We will surely stayed in this motel again whenever we visit Tupper Lake. I won't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone who needs motel to stay there.

Lovely owners, very accommodating and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable bed, great water view and excellent water pressure for the shower. Small but sufficient room with a mini fridge, microwave and AC. Great location close to restaurants, grocery store etc
