These people are so friendly and easy to talk to. I make a special trip up there even though there's other places near me. Reasonable prices and poc-owned.

I went into this dispensary for the first time on Monday, January 17th at around 1:30pm and bought some CBD edibles that I accidentally ended up leaving at the store. When I realized a few hours later, I called and the staff said that there was nothing left on the counter and they were all sold out. I then went into the store in person with my receipt to show them that I did make the purchase, where I was met with a different employee than the one that had helped me before. Since it was someone different who didn't seem to know, I asked if they could check the cameras to see what happened to them and they refused, saying there was nothing they could do and turned me away. I am really disappointed and let down with the customer service in this place and their unwillingness to help me when I was trying my best to meet them halfway.

What a fantastic environment to walk into. As you walk in the door the friendly staff are quick to great you with a smile and are promptly ready to attend to all your needs. This place has a large selection of products. Everything neatly displayed for your wondering eyes to drool over. If you haven't been here yet then you need to come check it out. Don't be the one that misses out on this fantastic experience. On top of that they have a produce stand in the parking lot with fresh local produce and more to come.

This store has made some amazing changes. Very welcoming feel when you walk in. Very clean! The staff knows the product well, they’re kind and extremely helpful. Several of my favorite brands at great prices! Best I’ve seen on 99!!

Not sure...but can always can them and ask
Or it's because vertical ID doesn't expire when you turn 21 in Washington and people like to give their old IDs to younger people. They're protecting their own business and cannabis license. They can handle a cash register but can't do basic math, that makes sense.
Just as additional info, none of the canibis stores are able to use credit or debit cards. The banks wont allow this, due to them being federally regulated, and canibis is still federally illegal. The funds would be deemed as acquired via illegal drug sales and the banks would be fined/closed etc. Cash only for the canibis stores for the time being.
