Service was slow. Order was wrong. Ordered a bacon cheese impossible burger but received a cheese only. Other entree of bourbon chicken and shrimp was so so. Check was delivered without asking if we wanted desert or anything. Did order desert which was a bright spot.

Give a 2 star rating. Husband ordered steak med and it came to the table well well well done. Sent it back and got one that was perfectly cooked. My meal was fine, no complaints. The waitress we had acted very shy and timid. Had to ask her repeatedly to speak up. A table of 7 came in when we were almost done with our meal. Took her forever to get their drink order. We sat over 20 minutes just waiting for her to return so we could get a box and the bill. Had to ask 4 or 5 times for a box. She was very nice just couldnt hear what she was talking about. We ended up being there almost 2 hours for something that shouldnt of taken so long. We wont be returning to this applebees.

PUPET WORLD

I had 9 people in my party. 3 adults 6 kids. The first waitress was terrible I said my order over 3 times and still she couldn't get it right. They sent another waitress to be rude and basically lost my service. Due to arguing. I walked out. Very rude and if u correct them they get even worse.

Our server was amazing. Food was brought out hot and tasted great. We never had to ask for drink refills, or napkins. Our extra sauces were forgotten but as soon as we asked about them she promptly brought them to the table. The building, inside and out, were well kept and clean, EVEN THE RESTROOMS!!
