You must check out Fish restaurant if you find yourself in Stamford, CT. In my opinion, weekend happy hour should be WAY more common. But it isn't. And I bet they all wouldn't have dollar oysters even if they did! Beyond that, I am on a mission to try everything on their menu. I am pretty far along and I have not found anything that I dislike yet. Even down to the friendly staff and the ambience, this place is amazing. I have brought family, friends, and coworkers and everyone leaves raving about the experience. For dinner, I recommend you try the Branzino. They will make it any way you like it. The seafood and salads are fresh, the shrimp are jumbo, the drinks are creative. They just revamped a lot of the drink menu this year! A well-rounded

Pros:The dishes were good. Atmosphere is nice. Cons: Some of the ingredients/products were of cheap quality. The butter served with the bread was an industrial tasteless paste with a weird texture. The 4x "cocktail" shrimp for $14 were tastesless(probably previously frozen). The option of fresh(if not frozen) fish are very limited for a restaurant named "FISH". Mostly frozen/fried options of sea products. I suppose it is difficult to get fresh fish in the area.

Octopus appetizer was so good. Salmon and mashed potatoes was cooked perfectly. Such a nice outdoor atmosphere.

I tried this one during restaurant week. I love seafood but it's not easy to find a good one. I ordered pre-pix lunch menu. The wrap with lettuce with slaw and salmon on top with Thai sauce was interesting. The mixed seafood fettuccini was OK. I wouldn't go back to spend top dollar for a rather plain pasta with no flavor.
