Got the Fettuccine Alfredo with the home made pasta. It was great, very flavorful and made with quality ingredients. Edit: The customer service is very good. The owner Pietro saw my review, there was a small issue with the phone order where I was overcharged and he immediately called me to solve it. I felt taken care of, thank you!

Good menu! The appetizers were the perfect portion for three people. On the Chef's Special menu was a truffle mushroom risotto for the day and it was amazing!

Siena offers a well executed northern Italian menu with incredible attention to fresh ingredients in a beautiful setting full of energy and attentive service. My favorite section of the menu is the hand-made pastas , which is simply one of the best I've seen outside of little Italy in New York City. A perennial favorite of mine if the Cavatelli al Ragu de "Salumiere", made with and amazing homemade ricotta cheese and spinach and served with a sweet and hot sausage ragu. Another dish I've been enjoying recently is a sardines appetizer, made with sardines that were grilled just enough to accentuate its natural flavors and elevate the dish to another level. It is served with a simple arugula and tomato salad, lightly dressed with lemon and olive oil. The service at Siena is always convivial and professional. Pietro and Pasquale, the owners, always strive to make sure you are having a great time and are quick to make any recommendations they think you might enjoy. The clientele is mostly locals who have come to appreciate this slice of Italy in Stamford and as a result have become regulars during the 20+ years this restaurant has been in service. During my last visit this past Saturday they had an issue with the credit card processing machine, which was down due to an issue with their internet service. As a result they had to process payments manually, but they handled the situation with the kind of competence you expect from time-tested professionals in the service industry. I highly recommend a visit to Siena. The menu, the setting and the courteous service will make you feel like you are on vacation during your time there.
