Im fed up with this place! This was my go to for many years but as of late every order has a been a disaster. It must be my fault for continuing to support a place that has no concern for their customer base, especially. Loyal customer. The food used to be amazing now it’s iffy. I’ve received cold food, tiny pork chops (two were equivalent to one!), ordered churrasco and it tasted as if the meat was no good. I couldn’t even eat it! Have been served tres leches that tasted weird as well. Today was the last straw as I NEVER RECEIVED MY FOOD AFTER WAITING FOR AN HOUR+ and the restaurant didn’t even answer the phone (3 calls). The level of unprofessional is unreal!

First time ordering from here - delivery was timely (super sweet driver) but unfortunately did not receive what I asked for. I asked for BBQ ribs and received them plain. The portion was also extremely small for the price… 1 rib thrown in, 90% rice.. The food is good but their service could be a lot better.

Delicious food and good service BUT I I’ve noticed in the bill that they’re charging a percentage of the total as GRATUITY which I don’t think is legal. Then on top of that, customers leave THE GRATUITY or TIP and the restaurant gets paid a plus also gets the GRATUITY THAT their register charges based on the total of the bill. They have been doing that for a long time already. CHECK YOUR BILL BEFORE PAYING AS YOU WILL END UP PAYING AN EXTRA PERCENTAGE ON YOUR BILL.
