Terrible, I’ve been trying to get my medication refilled all day and they never sent it in. I went there at 12pm and told them I needed medication refilled and they said they’d get to it by the end of the day, went to the pharmacy at 4pm, nothing, so I called and they said the same thing, went to the pharmacy at 7pm, still nothing, went back to cooper and told them AGAIN and they said they’d send it in at the end of the day at 8:30pm, went to the pharmacy at 8:30 and NOTHING WAS SENT. I went to call cooper and it said they were CLOSED. I got no phone call or anything. Dr. Holder is TERRIBLE, I literally have to fight with her to get treatment for ANYTHING. I could cure cancer before I get any sort of treatment by them. They are ALWAYS terribly slow. You’d get better treatment in a city alleyway than you’d get here, DO NOT waste your time with these doctors. All they’ve caused me is stress and frustration. Whenever I have an appointment I literally prepare myself mentally to be disappointed and/or frustrated because it is never a good or easy visit

Front desk woman shouldn't work with the public. She asks covid related questions as if she hates her job. Odd that she asks these questions, yet sits there with a horrendous nasty cough.

Dr. Lacay wouldn’t prescribe Prep which prevents HIV because he didn’t know much about the medication? Really? I’ve been taking it for years...
