Came in to the bank on Friday morning. There were 10 people ahead of me and a line forming behind me, with one teller. A bank employee was asking the people in line if she could help them with the ATM. Really?? When she spoke with everyone in line, she then started to chat with another bank employee who also was not doing anything. Needless to say, it took me one half-hour to complete my transaction. This is the worst branch I have ever been to.

I am changing banks, have been with this bank since 1981 UJB... etc now BOA. I do most of my banking on line but occasionally we need the bank. The bank sent me new ATM card, and I have not had a pin that works. FOUR visits and TWO 800 calls later, still no pin!!! Now August. Associates stand and talk, never acknowledge me. Never ever thought I’d say this but do I speak the wrong language? I’m done, today broke me.

I always come to the ATM Machine, but each time I needed to make a deposit or go see the teller I needed at least 30min waiting in like. they only have one teller opened each time I go their a lot of people in line end up leaving!! If you want to come here make sure you have time!!! Other then that there okay!!!
