I just bought a new laptop from Mike. My old desktop was over 10 years old & I was very concerned about converting all the data, etc. Mike made it so easy & came to my office to set up the whole system for me. I am extremely grateful & satisfied.

This review is for "PC PITSTOP NJ" has nothing to do with Expert PC group. EXPERT PC is AMAZING, Apparently "PC PITSTOP" took over the location, and they BLOW! New guy took over the old expert PC store. All I can say is, stay away. Over priced, and does not know what he is doing. He said he needed to go "DEEP" into my operating system network work my office computer system, wasted 4 hours of my time, and then said we needed wireless adapters and other nonsense to get our system back up and running. A complete JOKE! I called another company in, they had me up and running in a hour. Do yourself a FAVOR, STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY. Unless you into giving your money away.

I had some computer troubles and didn't know what to do. I went to Expert PC Group looking for help and the friendly technicians that worked there were very helpful and walked me through everything with no problems. My computer runs even better than before now and I have Expert PC to thank. Now no matter what I do on my computer, I know I have these guys to help me repair any computer needs that I have!

If I ever come across any problems with my desktop I make sure to bring it to Expert PC Group, they're fast and efficient. Their technicians are extremely friendly and careful when taking care of my computer. Highly recommend them for the go to technician for any repairs or issues. I always tell my friends and family to go and they also get the same amazing experience that I receive. It's a no brainer why they've been around for more than a decade.

That is usually caused by a hiccup with Microsoft updates. In most cases it knocks activation out and just needs to be reactivated. Should be an easy fix.
