The girl with the cat ears is so hot…. Like so beyond hot, she might burn down the store with the heat she radiates. On top of that, she really knows what she’s talking about and is really helpful. They need to get with the times and add the products they sell for viewing online. Looking at section photos of the store doesn’t cut it. I don’t want to go a store to browse. It’s not Walmart. Especially a adult store. I’d rather walk in already knowing what I’d like to buy and leave. It’s 2021, get with it.

Highly doubt I would ever go back. I was in the store Saturday night 9/12/20. This was my first time in the store I was looking forward to a really good solid first experience. I walked in and was greeted by a really nice gentleman. There was a woman behind the counter on her phone totally unbothered that customers walked in. She never greeted me or said anything. I spent a good 15-20 minutes in the store browsing. Since it was my first time in the store it was a little awkward for me. I thought she would at least approach and ask if I needed help with anything. She just kept staring at me and giving me dirty looks making it a really awkward experience for me. She never approached me the entire time I was there to offer help or assistance. As a woman I felt weird asking the gentleman for help even though he asked if I needed anything. I figured maybe she would take the time to get off her phone and help her female customers but she didn’t. I picked something out and went to the counter. She never asked if I found everything ok or if there was anything I needed. She rushed me through checkout threw the item in a bag and put it on the side counter. She never said thank you or have a good night. She was totally rude and not customer service friendly. The gentleman then handed it to me as I was walking out and wished me a good night.

This is a disgusting company. They hacked my bank account and took money out of my account. When I called them the girl I spoke with was very very rude. She told me it wasnt there fault it was my banks. That's all she kept saying. I can't believe someone would be that rude answering a phone for a company. I called my bank and told them and to the better business bureau. I am taking further action. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!
