This Burger King, located on Market St, Elmwd Pk was very clean. Not many people were there, so the food came quickly. (Dined in.) Employees were very nice & courteous. They had the fountain machines there instead of those electronic machines that I can't figure how to work. None of the condiments, napkins, straws, plasticware, lids were available. Had to go to the counter several times to ask for napkins, straws, ketchup, a plastic knife. (They still were not busy by the counter, but if they were, this would read differently.) These few items, (ketchup for fries, napkins, straws,) should be placed on the tray as an automatic serving procedure, correct? Also, we got the $10 special of double cheeseburger & chicken sandwich. Mostly because if the picture on the board. When I seen the burger, it was more than half smaller than the size of the picture on the menu board. I was sharing half of each with my girlfriend that visit. (They really need to either serve bigger burgers to match the picture or have a smaller picture.)

Theres always items missing. But the worst thing is the food is never ever fresh or hot. 9 out of 10 times chicken fries are hard as a rock from sitting out and cold. Burgers are always luke warm. Just gross. And if u ask for something to be made fresh and offer to wait if theyre busy no rush, its still not made fresh. Very lazy employees at this location they could care less

Friendly cashier's and quick service. I didn't look for masks but next time I will check. Nothing worst than someone talking over your food without a mask as it's being prepared. Parking lot is a little tight and the drive through is a trap. No getting out once you are on line. A redesign would serve them well.

Drive thru is fast, ordered a whopper and wanted to try their new tacos on menu, it was nasty, still questioning my self why i took a bite. Looks discusting
