They went above and beyond to make sure we got my backsplash tiles on schedule with very little notice. They even hand delivered the backordered tiles right to the house! A+)

Great Store, Great Selection and GREAT Staff! Felix was so much help when I was doing my bathroom. After going to 5 different stores I was in and out in 30 mins with exactly what I wanted. The tile was delivered to my house on time with no troubles.

Had a staff member miscalculate square footage and been short on tile for a job, no problem, they were great about it and they sent me a next day delivery. Truck unloader left a big pile of tile boxes in my garage, when contractors got back to finishing the job, the bottom boxes had broken tiles in them. I figured no big deal it’s the drivers fault and hid them from me at delivery. When i went to return them, the shop did not accept the broken boxes.... they told me i had to call and return them pretty much at delivery day. Now this was within a week or two the most. Tile is heavy i can’t lift this huge pile and inspect them one by one, when the contractor got to the last few boxes is when i noticed. So they never took my tiles back and or gave a refund. They made it seem like it’s my fault ? Anyhow if you ever get a delivery do NOT let the driver go before you inspect the boxes because the tile shop just won’t take responsibility.

The team at the Tile Shop in Oakhurst has been phenomenal to work with. On my first visit I walked in and was professionally greeted by John G who spent a lot of time directing me to options that met the criteria I was looking for. There was no sales pressure and I left with the information I needed to design my new bathroom. Three weeks later I walked in and met Lauren, who also professionally greeted me and helped me with the purchase. I had some changes to make due to slight changes in the bathroom and Lauren showed me many options to meet these needs. I completed the purchase. I have been back for a few visits thereafter to order additional materials as my contractor keep making enhancements and changes. Lauren and Christian have both assisted me and have been a total pleasure to work with. Christian has gone over and above to follow up with me and make sure I had what I needed and took back items that I no longer needed. In this very competitive business, The Tile Shop and its valued employees stands out as a wonderful place to do business with. I will be back for all of my individual needs and recommend them to anyone I know. Great Job!!!
