I sit here furious when I read what these people are saying about Dr. Mallis and his staff! Everyone is entitled to their own opinions but that is the furthest thing from the truth, either it’s competitors I. Their bashing him or someone who couldn’t get medications that he freely won’t hand out! I beleive Dr. Mallis and his girl Jessica are the most compassionate and professional people I have come across in the medical field, so much so I referred my mom to him because her Doctor discharged her as a patient during Covid because her insurance did not cover all of her fees and she had outstanding bill to which they never notified her or sent her any bill and when my mother went to make an appointment they told her they discharged her as a patient because of it. She asked if she could pay it over the phone and they told her their is nothing she could do. I don’t want my mother having a Dr, who don’t give a care in the world as she gets older she has more medical issues and she needs to ha e a doctor who actually will care. My mother went to Dr. Mallis’s office, she absolutely loved Jessica and told me she thought Dr Mallis was hysterical and that the staff made her feel so comfortable. Since she has fears of doctors that is a hard thing to do! Also me and my fiancé are patients here and I couldn’t find one bad word to say about this practice, I love the people and the Dr’s! They care, it isn’t about money, it’s truly about your well being! When me and my fiancé were on vacation 600 miles away, we had a person go into our car and steal our medications from us and with us being in recovery these medications are needed, it was a Sunday and we called him in an emergency and he did everything he could to take care of this issue. I never came across someone who genuinely cares like this team! They aren’t just professional, they are laid back and not to mention you are never stuck there for hours, your in and your out! Great job to Dr. Mallis, and whoever said Joe should be fired, you are so wrong, he is one of the staff who actually goes out their way to make you laugh and is actually in a great mood every time I go. It’s crazy how far off some peoples opinions are but I would refer everyone to them, I actually enjoy my visits and never dread going there!
