I am in the process of buying my first Cadillac from Gold Coast, and my initial and overriding impression is that they have not forgotten how to treat customers well despite the pandemic (as I have found that many other establishments have). Their sales personnel are personable, knowledgeable, and patient. They always follow up with you and return your calls or emails. This is the second car I have ever purchased, and I will be sure to make this dealership my first (and probably last) stop when looking at cars in the future.

I got my wife’s Cadillac xt6 today from Gold Coast Cadillac and it was an amazing experience. They gave me 2000 dollars over Kelly Blue Book price for my trade in, per their advertisement. I got a good monthly payment in this crazy car market. Most importantly, my salesman Dave was extremely kind and professional. It was an easy process with no high pressure sales tactics that normally happen at other car dealers. Dave really went above and beyond to help us with our car purchase, and was so knowledgeable about the vehicles. I got to meet the owner Bill Camastro, who was also really nice and came out to congratulate me on the new vehicle. The dealership was clean and very fancy looking inside, the bathrooms were spotless, and they made sure I was always offered beverages. I am very pleased with my experience, Thank you Dave and team at Gold Coast Cadillac!

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. It all started with a phone conversation with Tiffany in the business development center who was great with answering my questions and helping me pick out a vehicle. After I showed up for my appointment that she made for me the same day I met with Chris who was my salesman. They had all my information ready to go and the car pulled up for me and ready for a test drive. As we went over what my financial obligation was going to be on the vehicle I picked out they were very helpful and understood my budget. They arranged a great financial term that not only fit my budget but put me in a good equity position in my vehicle. Thank you very much Chris and team I appreciate it!!
