Run as fast as you can from this establishment. Salesperson Glenn is an expert at bait and switch tactics…do not believe anything anyone says in that store. Had the displeasure of being treated like a second class citizen by the “ owner”, not sure what his position was, but was very confrontational…save your money and go elsewhere…

They don't care, mishandled my furniture, and gave ut to me with major defects and refused to deliver it as well. The father was a gentleman, the son evidently doesn't care at all. It's a shame! The chrome is pitted, on tables and bases of sofa and liveseat. The leather was missewn. One table has a side of chrome not properly attached, appx. A couple inches where it's unattached and badly bowed out. They're nasty, and lied! Shame on them!

I went to Squan furniture, hoping for quality furniture and good customer service. That's exactly what we got. Glenn is personable, knowledgeable, patient and does not push a sale. He listened to what I thought I wanted and showed me what they had in stock to suit our needs. Our new couch and chair fit perfectly in our old (110+ yrs) house! The delivery crew helped move the couch that did not fit well to the curb, and Squan scheduled delivery around our town's bulk pick up day. Everything from my first step into the store to delivery was perfect.

Dave and Karen were absolutely wonderful. We went to three (rough) furniture stores before we came across Squan Furniture on rt 35. Dave could not have been anymore patient and helpful. He listened to what we liked and didn’t like, and made sure to give us space to think. Highly highly recommend.
