THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! I called to find out if I could get a technician to assess the condition of my radiance gas stove, and service it if it needed . I was told that because I didn't purchase the stove at their store they could not provide any service. This is the Dealer approved by the Manufacturer for the stove I own. It came with the house when I purchased this home. I have been in the service business my entire life, never been treated so poorly. I guess they do not need any new customers, I was even thinking of purchasing a new one!! This is a major purchase as these stove are very expensive ( $ 4,000 ) Never heard of a legitimate business that turns down customers!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!!! THEY DO NOT DESERVE NOT EVEN ONE STAR . THEY DESERVE A ZERO.

We bought our Woodstove from them a few years ago and since then have always received the best service! They are very knowledgeable and professional. Special kudos to our salesman Josh who guided us through the purchase and installation and for always going above and beyond, even years after. Also thanks to Charlie and Joe who just did a great job during the annual service visit. We highly recommend the Woodstove & Fireplace center!

Even giving one star is too generous. There was a gas smell coming from our gas fireplace. Wood Stove & Fireplace Center send a repair man to fix it. He did not smell or detect gas with his equipment. The smell continued with the gas company coming to check it. It was a leak, a big one. They fixed it. However when I called the store they would not return the bill that was in excess of $860.00. They admitted seeing the note on the receipt stating NO GAS LEAk DETECTED (it was actually starred!), yet would not refund this payment. My family had been loyal customer over many years but feel obliged to warn other homeowners to stay away from this fraud.

Every stove is different and will have the chart/clearance requirements in its manual
Non combustibles are most likely not listed in the clearance section of the manual but I would check. Sometimes you will see a 3' clearance around the unit for "furnishing" and does not say combustible or non
No we do not. It’s actually illegal. It can be very dangerous with a delayed ignition
Yes. We can get the glass and gaskets for most stoves
