I never expected shopping for a used car to actually be, pleasant! That's the kind of customer service I experienced when shopping for a used RX350. Kyle, the rep we worked with, really made us feel at ease and walked us through everything in a very polite and caring manner. Unfortunately, we weren't able to agree on the deal, but I look forward to coming back in the future when I'm in the market again!

This review has nothing to do with this dealership only Lexus itself. Bought a used Lexus ES 350 nicest car I ever owned. Unfortunately for me I caught somebody attempting to steal it and it turned into a very violent carjacking where the car reach the very high rate of speed and crashed out while I was in the passenger seat.. my airbag did not deploy and I sustained serious injuries where I remained in the hospital for about a year and permanently disabled. The person responsible for this now in prison sustained no injuries his airbag deployed. I contacted several law firms that were interested in the case but it could cost hundreds of thousands of dollars to represent me and understandably they declined to take the case. Completely understandable as in part the person that did this can be viewed as causing my injuries but I still wanted to know why the airbag did not deploy and thought possibly Lexus might take some responsibility and help compensate me. Contacted their corporate office. Very nice free to respectively but it turned into a very passive aggressive situation of course you're dealing with a legal department representing a billion dollar company she did her job. It seems that they always made scheduled appointments to reach out to me to come examine the car but nobody informed me about these scheduled phone calls this went on for several months and every time I would call Lexus they would inform me about the new scheduled appointment I would be available for it and when the phone rang the person on the other side would hang up. I would immediately call back Lexus and the attorney handling the case would never be available. They would make a new appointment and this would go on and go on for several months just to run out the statue of limitations they did come out to examine the car although I thought they take possession of it and bring it somewhere. The person doing the examination had a list of excuses why he couldn't complete it such as it was too much ice he couldn't get to the car things were frozen and we're missing the black box well if they would have asked the black box was clearly available in the prosecutor's office etc etc. I spent thousands of dollars in storage fees waiting for them to run out the statue of limitations LOL foolishly I thought they might be responsible for at least some of the storage fees or even how about give me a really good deal on a used Lexus now that mine is just scrap metal. LOL so much for thinking a billion dollar company would have some integrity. It was difficult enough to go through what I went and I'm not looking for any sympathy but to be treated the way that they're legal department treated me is downright hurtful and disrespectful LOL that's why everybody hates lawyers. They should have paid the $7,000 in storage fees for the 3 months and not stuck me with that bill given the circumstances. . Waited for a month for response to this posting. LOL obviously there's not going to be one unlike all the others
