I went in and was there for 15 minutes before I saw an employee. 2 female employees came out together and acted surprised, like they should’ve heard me…. I wasn’t quiet… I even intentionally made noise with my keys to draw their attention. I should’ve just left cause the one chick was so rude!!! Are usually just use the tanning beds but decided to ask a few questions about spray tans. I have never had a spray tan before so I have no idea what it is like or how long it lasts. She gave me the most disgusted look as if I was stupid for asking. She didn’t even answer my question properly so the other girl did. I will go to another location next time.

Edit: They told me that they need to cancel 15 days in advance, but when I asked to see the contract or subscription rules they didn't answer me anymore. When you pay for a subscription you do not sign anything and you are not given any terms or agreements. In a month I sent 5 emails and they just don't answer me, they don't answer the phone, and when I tried on facebook they sent me an email. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! -- I paid my membership 2 weeks ago and a week later they closed the store for renovation and will only open on November 5th 2021. No one told me the place would go into renovation. I am very frustrated with the lack of professionalism.

As the covid lockdowns went into effect I requested to have my membership cancelled. The person I spoke with said I would have to wait for a store to reopen because I was required to cancel in person. Consequently, I was being charged a monthly fee without the ability to use my membership. When they finally reopened, I foolishly agreed to just “freeze” my account and was told that the money I was being charged to have my account frozen would be doubled when I came back to unfreeze my account and I could use that money any way I wanted when decided to continue. Now that I have decided that I could use a tan I am being told that the money is only for purchasing lotions and not for my monthly tanning. I feel that on the whole I was misled by this company and must give them one star for these deceptive practices. I do not recommend!

Yes they are closed for about a month for remodel. The manager there said it would probably be through October.

They do have spray tans, i have never used them but have never seen anyone walk out of there looking orange. The staff there is extremely friendly and helpful. Tell them you've had issues before and they will work with you.
