This was the second opportunity I had to work with Darren and Gwen. The first time, I selected a different realtor...that was a mistake! The second time, I selected Darren and Gwen...that was a WISE decision! Nobody knows the area market better than Darren and Gwen...NOBODY! They have more history, closed sales, successful transactions, and happy clients than anyone in the area. And it's NOT by happenstance...they're masters of their craft! They provided almost clairvoyant advice as where to price my house, when to list, what to do prior to listing, how long it would take to sell, and how long it would take to close.
