the most disgusting room and I have been to many hotels and this one by far has been the worst . mold all over the shower curtain, hair in the bed, the mattress had stains and gross stuff on it. worst place ever and the manager kumar tried to argue it wasn’t and had to “go look himself” who then treated us poorly. don’t ever stay here !

Room was clean but reeked of smoke as did the whole building, but I expected that. Bed was hard, shower worked but not clean. TV was big but the remote did not work. Stayed on a Saturday and the only noise was train that passed by. We booked two nights but only stayed one and they refunded us, which was nice. There is no elevator.

We had to switch hotels after one night because the window was open when we arrived. When my daughter tried to secure it, there was no lock. Also there was a pungent odor coming from the AC. Smelled like urine or mold. In addition, there were people smoking in the hallway. She had to put a blanket under the door because there was at least an inch and a half gap under the door just to keep smoke out and feel more secure.

This is the worst experience I have ever had. My mother who is disabled was here for by herself for a day the Bathroom ceiling started leaking she called the front desk and informed them of the issue no one came to her room until she called me 3 hours later and I called the front desk and told them to go find out whats going on. After seeing the damage and wiping up (with dry towels, no mop no bleach not cleaning solution)the water, she was told the person over toilet overflowed and it leaked into her bathroom. I had to cancel my plans and travel 3 states to help her. When I got to the hotel to help my mother chang rooms I was told they were sold out, I asked for the manager business card I was told they don't have any.
