Before I went anywhere to get some more information on storage units, I did my research and found that this place had so many great reviews. Of course there are the few negatives, but is life and who knows people do have bad days. We are human. I went in today and the guy I talked to not only had a fantastic beard,, but he was was great, super nice and helped me figure out what I would need. Once I make a decision on needing a unit or not this is the place I will be going.

Never in my years of using paid storage have I come across a more visibly cared for property. I recently vacated my storage with Bay Storage and upon removal of my property, I found NO spiders, NO bugs, NO Web, or critter homes of ANY kind in our unit. The staff there is helpful and courteous. If you are looking for storage, GO HERE.

Got. Trailer there had a mishap with him hooking up the trailer as he didn't tighten up the hitch we tried to load the car on the trailer it tipped up. We fixed it but it could have been bad if we lost it on the freeway.

The owner is very welcoming, and takes the time to get to know his customers individually and works well with you, grounds keeper as well they go above and beyond to accommodate you however they possibly can.. They make you feel so welcomed that when you're leaving; you feel as if you're leaving your families Sunday dinner get together.
