Am I expecting too much to ask for delivery orders to be in paper bags? Well Jeremiah thinks so and has done nothing to fix this issue for several months. Often my deliveries had more bags than items ordered! Jeremiah falsely claims his staff uses one plastic bag for six items. And after providing him proof with photos, he just stopped responding. Add to that the high number of errors or missing items and I cancelled my membership. I am fed up with the use of plastic bags over and over. Wake up Walmart. It's bad for our Planet.

I saw in this customer service for 1 hour waiting for an issue that was corporate's problem so I wasn't too upset about that part. What did upset me was sitting there for that amount of time listening to the way that these managers speak to their associates. I was so appalled. I felt so bad for every single one of these associates. Management needs to be retrained and stat. You don't talk to your associates like their dogs. And if you do just remember that people leave bad managers not jobs. Not body shaming but that short heavyset team lead or whatever, with the glasses, that works on the front end by the cashiers, you don't deserve this job.
