the customer service desk is open between 8am-10pm. The service desk, is available for calls between 7am-6pm at 1-800-WALMART.
9pm is when the best time is
9pm but if it is over i think $200 they have to get approved by the manager

You can still return things to the 20 items or less register.
I have returned things all hours of the night only you have to go to check out stand #15 is the only difference and also they won't do as much if it's a lot of money...but yeah they will return all night and cash checks....
