Why do you allow the shopping carts to be taken off the store property ? I’ve had one on my property for over a week. I don’t have the means to bring it back.

They don't, but like many things short of placing an employee at the edge of the property 24/7 it is impossible to stop. Call the local Walmart and they will probably come get it.

I just called them & they pick up carts once a month.
