We were seated immediately and the staff was very friendly! Went around 430/5 and it was perfect timing before it got busy. The bread rolls are awesome! Wasn’t crazy about the house margaritas. They are $4 but lack some taste. We got 2 orders of the chicken tenders. The Mac and cheese as a side didn’t have much flavor but the broccoli was good! The fan favorite tenders were a little rubbery/chewy for me, but decent. Overall, good prices and great service! Family atmosphere.

Service was okay once they were able to seat a large group of 8-10 folks. It wasn't busy at all but it took both hosts to figure out how and where to seat the large group ahead of us before they would even attempt to seat us (party of 2) and another party of 2. Food was not as good as the service, it was as my husband said food.

Overall good visit. Inexperienced staff, which everyone is dealing with, but still frustrating. Host wasn't sure where to put us (party of 2), server started off by telling us she was brand new (I guess she expected to mess things up) and so cold everyone was wearing jackets. Food was good, but just an "off" feeling. Probably won't keep us away but I hope they find their groove back. Just seemed kind of awkward. Still recommended, though.

For my birthday I placed an on line order. I selected a 12 oz sirloin dinner. I selected medium rare, and paid extra for sauteed onions and garlic butter to be added to the steak. The steak was well done, dry, and burnt. I did not receive the sauteed onions or the garlic butter. The baked potato was so over baked that the potato inside actually disintegrated to the point that there was hardly any potato to eat. I also ordered sour cream for the potato but didn't get it either. We have always been fans of ocharlies, but this meal was incredibly disappointing
