STAY AWAY!!!!! This property is a DUMP!!! Weeds 3 feet high on the exterior, ice machines out of order, indoor pool is filthy, hallway carpeting is stained, buckled and ripped, hallway light sconces missing throughout, toilet seat does not stay up due to limited room, light bulbs not working in room, TV controls are hard to figure out, mold along tub in bathroom, shall I go on.... Someone tried to gain access to my room at 11 PM by using a good key card!! Makes you feel safe they give out room keys to occupied rooms!!!

The Front desk staff were very helpful and nice young ladies. The rooms definitely need work. Pretty much a gut job is needed. Showers in both rooms were unusable. There was no cold water in the bath or sinks. The furniture was stained, torn and very outdated. Beds were very worn and although the bedding looked clean it was stained. Carpets were so bad I didn't take my shoes off until I went to bed. I would expect this out of a $59.00 a night motel but not a $165.00. Come on Hilton you can do much better than this. Yes, we did change hotels for the rest of our trip.

Room was a little dated. You could see where the wallpaper had started to come down and somebody took a staple gun to it. Biggest complaint was our room keys would not open the exterior door that was literally two steps from our room. After traipsing through the parking lot in the dark and 17 degrees, the front desk clerk told me she would, "have maintenance take a look at it." Overall, not terrible. The room was clean, the heat worked, and the toilet flushed. I've stayed in worse.

We had a basketball tournament in West Lafayette and stayed at Four Points by Sheraton. They accommodated our whole group. All poolside rooms were closed for renovations. We kept having door issues with our keys and the card readers. We even replaced them and still had issues. There was dripping water from the ceiling in the breakfast area. You could tell this place was nice at one time but needs some work. The employees didn’t seem happy to be there. I’m sure they were short staffed but not really friendly. It was an interesting stay.
