Customer service is horrible at this store. We went in to have our rings serviced as part of our plan. The man shamed us, was condescending, rude, and would not even clean/inspect our rings. He was a total jerk. They would be better off with no one vs this guy. Never going to do business with this store or Kays again. Training Training Training. The world does not owe you. Poor quality jewelry. I have never had diamonds or stones fall out like Kays rings.

I normally do not like to shop at large chain jewelry stores. I had zero intention of making a purchase, going into the store to browse and to learn about diamond stud earrings. Tyler, however, an amazing sales consultant at this particular branch, changed all that. He is professional, very personable, funny, honest, and knowledgeable; he definitely has an opinion but he offers his thoughts in the most humorous and constructive way. I did not feel pressured at all. He was just open and supportive. I trusted his aesthetic sense quickly and he understood mine almost immediately. Tyler made my shopping experience at a large chain feel like I was a at a unique boutique where I had my own personal shopper...and a friend!
