Our family has come here many times and overall it's a decent experience. The reclining seats are really nice, but the place needs a lot of TLC and updates in other areas and has for many years now. I saw other recent reviews about it being hot in the building and we noticed this as well. The HVAC controls are definitely out of whack in the building as of 7-14-22. The humidity in the theater was a little high and so your legs felt a little sticky on the seats. When the movie was over and we went to get up the floor was really slick from moisture on the floor. The front lobby humidity was so bad it was causing a horrible stinky moldy smell, almost like a bad body odor.

I would not recommend this theater. There were people smoking weed in the bathrooms. The hallway reeked of the smell. There were no staff members in sight and upon reporting it no one seemed concerned. I'm not anti weed (to each their own), but this a shared facility where many children were present. I would not feel comfortable taking my children here.

My nephew and I have decided once a month we're going to do a movie so we go to Regal Theater in Avon. And the movie theaters always pretty much clean I never have sticky for the step on her like that. I do wish the seats though we're a little more comfortable for shorter people. Cuz when I sit down in the seat my head doesn't really fit the back of the seat properly and it causes me to happen. But besides that the movie theaters always really clean never smells bad. Florida is clean I don't use public bathrooms so I don't know if they look like. But how is always cleaning staff are usually friendly.

Love the reclining chairs. The hallways to the movie theater were dirty but inside the theater was clean. Very comfortable chairs. We use the self service Monitor and everything went fine we picked our seats. .
