Big lobby but was a little nervous walking in. I smelled a strong odor of Kasha or similar which usually means foreign owned dump that cut every corner possible. I was surprised. They had a lounge, business center, workout room, pool. The rooms were very nice, beds were comfortable & showers had great water pressure (although the nozzle was so confusing I have no idea how I got it turned on and how I got it turned off and actually the last day I never really did get it turned off all the way). The carpeting & wallpaper/painting in the hallways could be updated but are not real bad. My only issue would be the fact that they had signs everywhere advertising breakfast but all they had were microwaved Jimmy Deane sandwiches that you had to buy. not breakfast items were included with the room.

The best customer service I ever had at a hotel. Gigi and Simon were both amazing and specially Simon who helped me out with a issue with my room. As far as the room being clean I would give it a 2 but thanks to Simon and Gigi who had my room cleaned up I will be giving this hotel another chance. Thanks again ladies your the best.

Convenient location near the turnpike. We used our rewards points for the visit. I was surprised that the counters in the room did not look clean upon arrival and there were only 3 towels even though it was considered a suite and slept at least 5 people. I did like having a bathroom separate from the sink however the bathroom was very small and did not have a fan at all which left unpleasant odors that did not dissipate unless the door was left open. The room did have a nice small fridge with a freezer which was a bonus. My kids went in the pool and there was a film on top and it was ice cold. The film, we were told, was due to it being cleaned that day. I was kind of disappointed that although kids eat free the restaurant is not open during the week so we had anticipated breakfast today but that wasn’t available. Last but not least although we used our points to pay for the visit I was not aware that we still have to pay tax and an accommodation fee. The hotel worked for our purpose of a one night stay but it definitely needs some updating.

Scott and Joe along with their staff treated our group amazingly. We had a group of 65 people with literally last minute reservations and it was flawless. They were all kind and understanding with our group of students. They greeted our buses and were ready to help. They came in special to make sure breakfast was ready for us. The shuttle driver took us to Target to get a cookie of needed items. After visiting Hershey Park our whole group was drenched. They dried all of our wet clothes. Amazing. Then upon returning for the night, they had ice cream waiting for the kids. We were treated like royalty.

I would recommend calling the hotel manager for more information.
No , it's not a resort. Roon fee depends on which room you decide on. + the tax..
Yes, they have a small restaurant that serves breakfast.
