I have Ambassador status which means I spend a minimum 20k and 100 nights at Marriott properties a year. I asked for a bottle of water at the front desk but was refused because I had chosen 500 points as my check inn gift. I remember this happened last time I stayed here. There is no water in the room.! At every other Marriott brand , I have always been offered water in addition to the check in bonus points. No denying the hotel is convenient for very early flights, but the guest services is THE WORST I have ever experienced at a Marriott property. The bedroom is nice and clean , the shower not so much. Plus who leaves an empty tube of TP. Very sad the management is so myopic in their approach to customer service.

There are many reasons to be concerned about staying at this hotel I don’t know where to begin, so I’ll start with the day I checked in. Upon arriving the first thing that caught my eye were all the spider webs on the main sign. I got to my room and didn’t notice anything until it turn dark outside. The outside window was covered in spider webs and no less than 10 huge spiders crawling around. I began search in my room where I found 2 big spiders and a small one in the bed. The other bed had a hair in it. We told the front desk and switched rooms. The second room smelled like mildew, there was a spider on the curtain of the window, the same as before the outside window was covered in webs and huge spiders. Wait, there’s more! There were ants everywhere in the bathroom. I went to buy a can of raid to keep all the bugs at bay. The 3rd morning there was no hot water for 1/2 the day. The manager said he would be reimbursing the guests, but then changed his mind stating there was nothing wrong with the hot water heater. He felt it was because of the amount of guests staying at the hotel. Here’s my BIGGEST complaint of them all. One morning I was down in the hotel gym. My daughter ,16,stayed in the room as she was sleeping. There was a knock on the door. My daughter ignored it because we did not request for housekeeping services. The knock came again and my daughter ignored it. The door to my room opened and a lady said housekeeping. My daughter said hello and the housekeeper asked if she were expecting a guest and my daughter said no! At that time a man was asking for Julia, which is not my daughter. Again the housekeeper asked if she was sure she was not expecting a guest. Again, my daughter said no. Thankfully they both left. There was absolutely no reason the door to my room should have been opened. That is how girls go missing! I brought this to the managers attention he said “well, maybe she was no cognizant of what room she was at.” I call BS! It does not matter. She opened the door to a room for a stranger. This has not yet been resolved and I am here until it does! DO NOT STAY HERE!

This hotel is really just a 5 minute walk to the airport terminal! Room was a little small, but was not bad. Had a burger and a few drinks at the hotel bar and they were great! Good conversation with other travelers at the bar waiting to fly out the next morning.

I stay at this property a couple times each month. It's literally across the street from the airport. If you have an early flight, it's a great place to stay. The staff is AMAZING!! They are so courteous and polite... especially the front desk staff. The young man that works the bar is great too. The hotel is so clean. It still looks brand new! The rooms are spacious and spotless every time I'm here!!
