They did what AT&T wouldn't and replaced my phone's battery which was swelling. AT&T gave me the runaround in terms of insurance, so I gave up on them and called batteries plus and they said they were not only willing to change the battery, but that it would be done within an hour. It cost about $79 for my S10 battery and another $15 for them to dispose of the swelled battery, but if you book an appointment online, they give you $10 off your overall purchase. Would recommend.

Don't come here bro. Don't come here to get your iPhone screen replaced, you will regret it immediately. And then 6 months goes by and you're still telling yourself "I shouldn't have got my screen fixed at Batteries Plus". The two guys who helped me were hilarious, I was having a good time laughing at their jokes while they changed my screen. Now there are no more laughs. Right after replacing my screen i told the guy that my flashlight doesn't work anymore when i press and hold it from the lock screen, he said yeah that's how iPhone screens work when you get them replaced 3rd party, do you want me to put the old one back on? "It works, you just have to press it at a certain angle". I wasn't warned of this before buying the screen. I said no to putting the old one back on because it was broken and I had just wasted 1.5 hours. Now my screen does its own taps on the screen at random times, i cant tap at all on about 10% of the middle of the screen, I haven't water damaged it but when even the slightest droplet of water falls on the screen the phone goes crazy and starts taping and swiping everywhere. Don't get your phone screen replaced here, they're very poor quality. Just go to the apple store it's not even 5 minutes away from here.

Waited two days for a call I never got. Customer service could've been better but wasn't awful. The guys are nice but the paperwork was all over the place, delaying delivery my repaired phone.
