I’ve got nothing but good things to say about All Purpose Plumbing. We had a gas leak in our house and ended up in the market for a new water heater. It was a stressful situation to be in. All Purpose Plumbing was recommended to me and they got out to inspect my water heater super quickly. Everyone I spoke with at All Purpose Plumbing was incredibly patient with me and my questions, from Ted who was the plumber who came to inspect my water heater and give me estimates, to Gene who has taken all of my calls (one that even lasted about 30 minutes). I have to shout out Steve as well who I also spoke to on the phone. Everyone has been nice and honest. We got some quotes from other companies, and All Purpose Plumbing was by far the best price (for literally all the same services that other companies offered). There was one company that was over DOUBLE the price. Everything that All Purpose Plumbing quoted me for in the estimate was covered and there were no hidden costs. Their invoices are transparent. They didn’t harass us to choose their services and gave tips on what to ask when getting other estimates. Ted ended up being the one to install my new water heater. They were able to get me on the books fast. I will also shout out the guy who came with Ted to do the job (not sure of his name). I talked their ears off with questions and they went above and beyond to answer. Again, every person I’ve spoken with has been nothing but helpful and I will absolutely be enlisting their services in the future.

All Purpose Plumbing is the best plumbing company I’ve ever dealt with. Their plumbers have many years experience and are super professional and talented. When the flooring contractor didn’t reinstall my dishwasher correctly - and didn’t leave the clips for doing so - the plumber was able to McGuyver a clip from 2 other parts and install it perfectly. Highly highly recommend!

Having purchased an expensive, high quality kitchen faucet we contracted with All Purpose for installation, even though the price for a simple installation seemed quite high. The first attempt, which took a couple of hours was not successful. The faucet was not secured properly and twisted in the hole in the counter. The plumber returned to fix it and got it a bit tighter, but again struggled with it. Two months later when the faucet was again quite loose we called to have it fixed - again, specifically requesting a different plumber. All purpose agreed (though their focus was primarily on impressing us that they didn't guarantee their work and would charge another $49 service fee) and scheduled a plumber with a different name. The day he was to appear, they called to say he got hung up on another job and needed to reschedule. When the plumber finally arrived it was not a different one, but the same plumber who hadn't gotten the faucet properly installed the first two attempts. On the third attempt he did what he should have done the first times and removed the disposal so he could properly get at the hardware to attach the faucet securely, and finally fixed the problem. Except that we didn't notice that he failed to reattach the dishwasher hose to the disposal. so, the first time we ran the dishwasher it flooded our kitchen. We would not recommend this company - for anything.
