I had a flat tire & had my spare on, so I needed a new tire asap. I called the number listed for this location and spoke to a guy who said they had my tire in stock and they weren't busy so if I arrived within the next 15 minutes they could get me in right away. I was there in less than 10 minutes. The woman at the desk told me that when I called their number it does to a CALL CENTER IN ANOTHER STATE and I'd have to wait a couple hours. This is not the employees fault, but a fault with whatever higher up decided it was a good idea to have us talk to people who don't know how busy a location is. I'm sure the person on the phone told me they weren't busy and could get me in immediately has to tell that to everyone to trap a customer into going with them. The next time I need a tire, I will be calling other tire places first so I can get factual time frames from employees that are actually at the location I call. When my car was done, I had to wait at least another 15 minutes while they stood around chatting until one girl asked the other if I was cashed out yet. The staff was nice and very helpful. The tech even wheeled my old tire to me to show me the damage it had. The price was decent for a new tire. I'm grateful they also offer a military discount. If you're there for a long wait, there are plenty of food places near by and a walmart in walking distance.

Mavis Tire in Rincon was awesome. They had excellent service and they did my oil change in less than an hour. Kelly and Eve at the desk had the best customer service I've ever seen. They were so nice and greeted everyone with love and care. I will definitely be back for future services for my car. Thank you much Mavis Tire for the great service

I've had a great experience every time I stop in the Rincon location. Their prices are competitive, they answer the phone when you call, and the appointments are kept on time, which is a rarity these days. It's also nice to use the free air pump outside of the store if you need to top off your tires :D
