I'm only giving them a 1 because zero is not an option. I took my car there to get a hitch installed. After 3 hours they called me and said it's the wrong hitch, they have to order a different one and we would reschedule for the following week. Fine. The next week I drop my car off. After 4 HOURS, I called and asked if it was ready yet. They hadn't even started it yet and said it would be another few hours. I told them I couldn't wait, we had plans, and I wanted a refund. Fine. But I still need a hitch. I decided to try them again TODAY. I cleared my whole schedule and dropped my car off at 11am. I made SURE to let the lady at the desk know I had a new phone number and watched her write it on my paperwork. I waited until almost 6pm to call and ask if my car was ready. Only for them to tell me they tried calling my OLD number already to inform me that they ordered the wrong hitch AGAIN. As of right now, they have my car and my money and said they aren't sure when the right hitch will be in. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

They are sales people that's it, they don't care about the finer details they just want your money. And when I was trying to talk to them over the phone and stating what my problem was I got hung up on,... Would not use again, wouldn't recommend it to nobody

I was able to get a last minute cargo van rental when so many other places were sold out. Very helpful and friendly staff especially over the phone. 24/7 return was so convenient as well. I would definitely rent from them again!
