I had a few packages to mail and one was kind of big and I forgot to tape the top..super unprepared. They don’t sell tape and maybe they aren’t “supposed “ to help, but she did anyway. I didn’t expect it, but that was very kind of her. Wish I’d seen her name. Also great pricing. Much better than anywhere else.

Second time this happened. Slip is in mailbox saying attempted was made to have signed, lie. I caught up with the mail person today to inquire about the notice. His response was, he isn't qualified to take signatures for envelopes. Then why would you put an attempt notice in my mailbox, when the attempt wasn't made?

I have been using this post office for over 20 years and always find the staff professional, kind, and courteous. Phil always makes an effort to be personable and helpful. Home delivery of packages is actually handled out of a different post office on the other side of town for at least the last 10 years, and they may be responsible for the couriers as well; at least for my route which is only 5 mins from this Sylavn Way post office and at least 20 mins to the other one. Why they changed, I dont know. Perhaps bc the other one is larger.

I love this post office and I’m so glad I live 5 minutes away. I usually see Phil, and he’s been nothing but incredible. He’s very friendly and he’s nice to my 6 year old. Pricing is better than any other shipping service in my experience.
